<image:caption>Design Brief Design a product using recycled materials. Project includes – Ship rope, reinforced metal, ship seating fabric and rubber hoses. Concept - ROYALTY - A CHAIR FIT FOR A KING The project reclaims discarded maritime materials and repositions them as symbols of status and permanence. Weathered ship components—marked by salt, corrosion, and time—are reinterpreted as carriers of memory rather than waste. A decomposed mass of dock rope becomes the central gesture, elevated through a rigid frame of reinforced steel. A single rubber hose, once used for high-pressure water transfer, binds and animates the composition—coiling around the structure in a fluid, cape-like form. The chair reads as a throne—where fragility and strength, decay and authority, coexist—transforming industrial debris into an artifact of royalty.</image:caption>

<image:title>COMMERCIAL - Main lobby - office building 4</image:title>
<image:caption>Scope of Work - 18,500 sq ft. Design Brief – Office building, 6 floors including the main entrance with a lobby, reception desk, waiting area, elevator vestibules, typical floors and restrooms. Concept - The spatial experience is shaped by angling all three primary walls, creating a dynamic geometry that guides movement and establishes a cohesive visual flow. This directionality is further emphasized through integrated strip lighting, reinforcing the continuity across surfaces. Horizontal articulation is introduced by breaking the walls with back-lit panels, enhancing the sense of movement while adding layers of depth. Light plays a central role in the design, defining both vertical and horizontal relationships between materials and highlighting their transitions. To balance the sharp geometry and lighting interventions, large-format tiles with a wood-like finish are applied to the walls, introducing warmth and texture. This contrast softens the overall composition, resulting in a space that feels both dynamic and inviting.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Scope of Work - 18,500 sq ft. Design Brief – Office building, 6 floors including the main entrance with a lobby, reception desk, waiting area, elevator vestibules, typical floors and restrooms. Concept - The design is driven by the intent to create a strong visual axis upon entry. The primary wall—being the longest and most prominent—is clad in dark grey glass, establishing a continuous connection between the northern and southern boundaries of the space. This linear gesture is reinforced by the treatment of the adjacent walls, which act as a backdrop to the reception and seating areas. These surfaces are articulated with a three dimensional triangular pattern, executed in white Corian, introducing texture and depth while maintaining material contrast. The ceiling design responds directly to this geometry through a series of diagonal coves, finished in black to echo the angular language of the walls. A deliberately restrained yet high-contrast color palette emphasizes these architectural elements, allowing natural light to enhance the spatial experience throughout the day.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Scope of Work 17,658 sq ft. (Main floor 6,458 sq ft. and all other floors 11,200 sq ft.) Design brief - design the main lobby entrance, seating area and emergency room of a 4-story children’s hospital. On every floor - recovery rooms, breakroom, elevator vestibule, restrooms, visitors/guest rooms, doctor's offices and nursing stations. Concept - The four seasons. Each floor represents a different season with a fun and vibrant color scheme, graphic images and art work appealing to all ages. The main floor: a winter wonderland - On each side of the entrance there are two large columns covered with colorful graphics and back-lit, becoming floor to ceiling pillars of light. Scattered trees, seats mimicking pebbles and over-sized flowers placed on the main floor provide a playful environment upon entrance. Each floor has its season's graphics on the glass railings, walls and reception areas at the nurse's stations with colorful seating, tables and tiles. The light fixtures resembling stars in the sky emphasize height and draw the eye up to the skylight connecting the interior to the architecture of the building.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Scope of work - 8,000 sq ft. 32 floor, multi-family building on a thoroughfare with 3 levels of parking, adjacent to a park in the rear. Design Brief – design the main lobby, mail room, storage rooms, tenant meeting room, elevator vestibule and typical floors. The residents are professional couples and young families. Concept - The design delivers a clean, modern, and durable environment tailored to professional couples and young families, unifying the lobby, amenity spaces, and typical floors under a cohesive vision. Anchored by a signature botanical green wall, the concept introduces a strong identity and a sense of calm upon arrival. The interiors reinforce the building’s clean-lined architecture through precise claddings and a restrained, high-quality material palette. The volume of the space is emphasized through a continuous field of 5-inch vertical slats along the eastern wall, leading into the elevator vestibule. Integrated LED backlighting behind each slat enhances depth and rhythm—subtle during the day and more dramatic at night—creating a dynamic and memorable transition. The material palette is intentionally earthy and grounded, incorporating granite, slate, black pebbles, and white stone. Design Brief Design a conservative synagogue, classrooms, a multipurpose room, an event hall, a large pantry and a welcoming lobby. Concept - The design is guided by the building’s modern architectural language, defined by a composition of glass and concrete. In response, the interior embraces simplicity, allowing materiality, light, and form to shape the spatial experience. The main prayer hall is conceived as a serene and tranquil environment, expressed through a restrained palette of neutral tones and natural materials. An angled ceiling directs focus toward the stage, establishing a clear visual axis that is also maintained from the second-floor women’s section and adjacent open classroom. Natural light plays a significant role in defining the space, with large-scale windows creating a strong visual presence and enhancing the sense of openness and calm. A curated material palette of wood, travertine, glass, and stone reinforces the balance between warmth and minimalism. Upon entry, the donor wall serves as a key focal element within the lobby. Illuminated from within, it highlights the names of contributors adding a subtle layer of reverence to the space.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Project Overview & Scope - Landmark building, Conversion. Entire 4th floor - Micro Kitchen Design Brief - Design the main micro kitchen for employees. A place to gather, eat, work etc. Concept — Strategically positioned at a central hub, the micro kitchen is open on three sides, reinforcing connectivity, visibility, and seamless user flow. It operates as a social catalyst within the workplace, encouraging informal collaboration and spontaneous interaction. The volume is articulated through a warm, tactile material palette of textured terracotta and concrete tile, balancing authenticity with durability. Overhead, nest-inspired light installations introduce a biophilic layer, enhancing ambiance and user well-being. Integrated planter elements act as soft spatial buffers, providing moments of privacy without compromising openness—supporting a flexible, human-centric environment that adapts to varying modes of use throughout the day.</image:caption>

<image:title>WORKPLACE - Reception of the offices of the legal department</image:title>
<image:caption>Scope of Work - 46,200 sq ft. Design Brief - redesign 5 floors of office space including the main floor lobby, elevator vestibules and the office of the president of the institute taking into account the main structure is to remain intact and keep staircase as-is. On every floor: offices, conference rooms, public restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, elevator vestibules and adjoining staircase. Concept — The design focuses on opening up and updating the existing space with a calm, modern approach. A neutral palette with warm earth tones and simple geometric lines creates a balanced and cohesive environment. Materials such as concrete, stone, and wood are used to add texture and durability while keeping the space understated and timeless. Natural light is brought deeper into the plan by allowing it to pass from perimeter offices into the shared areas through floor-to-ceiling glass. This helps connect the spaces and makes the overall environment feel brighter and more open. The common staircase is treated as a key feature, clad in acoustic, geometric wood panels that add warmth and subtle detail, reinforcing a design that feels both modern and fresh.</image:caption>
